Hi my name is Ben Rockaway and I am a rising senior at the University of Georgia studying Environmental Engineering. I have always had an interest in the environment and engineering, and it wasn’t till college that I learned I could combine the two! Since then I have come to work with some super cool and passionate people at CIRT. I work as a research intern where I gather recycling information from various communities as well as research and update articles on the CIRT website. While working for CIRT I plan on refining my skills and becoming a more well rounded Environmental Engineer. When I am not working I am outside hiking, running, or enjoying the beautiful weather.
